Our Story

TMJ's journey began in 1992, emerging from the in-house call center of Benesse Corporation. What started as a specialized customer service operation has evolved into a comprehensive business process and customer experience solutions provider, uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between global ambitions and Japanese market realities.

1975:

Started as an in-house call center of Fukutake Shoten Co., Ltd. (later Benesse Corporation).

1992:

Established as independent company Telemarketing Japan, Inc.

2000s:

Rapid expansion with new centers and international operations

2010s:

Rebranded as TMJ, Inc., became part of SECOM Group, and continued domestic and international growth

2020s:

Further expansion of centers across Japan, along with new strategic partnerships and restructuring of international operations

With over 25 years of experience in the BPO industry, Hideki leads TMJ with a vision of bridging global brands with Japanese excellence. His expertise in cultural adaptation and technological integration has been instrumental in TMJ's growth and success.

Mina brings a wealth of operational expertise, with a focus on optimizing processes for the unique demands of the Japanese market. Her background in both multinational corporations and Japanese firms provides invaluable insights for our clients.
